Request for Proposals
The Mid-Carolina Regional Council (MCRC) announces the release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) as part of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). MCRC serves as the administrative entity for the local workforce development area consisting of Cumberland, Harnett, and Sampson Counties. The intent is to enter into a contractual relationship with one or more proposers beginning January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
MCRC will accept bids on the following services:

WIOA Title I Program Services (Adult, Dislocated Worker, In School Youth, and Out of School Youth and Young Adults) for Cumberland, Harnett, and/or Sampson Counties; and

One Stop Operator services for the Mid-Carolina region

Or any individual component thereof
